1. Acceptance of Terms

12.3 Inactive Accounts

Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months are considered dormant. okplat may charge a monthly maintenance fee of PHP 100 or 5% of the remaining balance (whichever is less) for dormant accounts. Fees are deducted monthly until the account balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.

okplat reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon posting on the Website. Continued use of the Services after Terms modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
